Great Lakes School of Biblical Studies
The Waterford Church of Christ is now hosting a satellite school for the Sunset International Bible Institute called the Great Lakes School of Biblical Studies. Students can audit classes for very litle cost - just the cost of the study guide. They also have the option to take classes for college credit and earn a Certificate of Biblical Studies or an Associate or Bachelor of Biblical Studies Degree.Winter/Spring 2012 Course Schedule
Bible History I:
Tuesdays 2-3 pm or 7-8 pmInstructor - Dr. Richard Rogers
A rich, stimulating and thorough survey study of Old Testament history and geography of Bible events and lands. Covers from Genesis to Joshua. A heavy emphasis on creation, history of the Hebrew family, history of the Hebrew nation, and geography of the Old Testament world.
Life and Teachings of Christ:
Tuesdays 3:15-4:15 pm or 8:15-9:15 pmInstructor - Dr. Richard Rogers
The gospel records were written to reveal the life that we have been designed and invited to live—the life of Christ! In order for us to imitate and live that life, it is imperative that we examine very carefully the life of our Lord.
